Catherine is a certified ICF Coach, trained by premier institutions including the Center for Creative Leadership, the John Maxwell Leadership Program, Coach Training Alliance, and Impact Coaching Academy. She combines evidence-based coaching with a deep understanding of neuroscience—how the brain works, what motivates action, and how leaders can move from clarity to meaningful results.
Her work spans one-on-one coaching, team development, performance planning, and organizational change management. As a certified administrator of the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Assessment, Catherine brings structure and insight to every client interaction, grounded in real-world leadership needs.
